Audience has been growing steadily since the debut and i’ve covered a lot of musical ground.

The main focus of the show are still the beats, ranging from the uk bass scene, to the more abstract / idm, to some dubstep, hip hop, future soul and all those infamous nonexistant genres like wonky, aquacrunk, chillwave and so on.

 

It’s been good so far, and not to get all misty eyed on you, but i really couldn’t have made it without y’all sharing great new music with me. So if you have some fresh stuff that you think i should be playing please get at me on twitter, fb or use the infamous dropbox here.

There’s a couple of stupid things here and there in the interview, and some choice quotes, and me professing my love for Teebs music, but besides that the real meat is in the mix: it’s really good stuff, even if i do say so myself, and the awesomely talented Guillaume 96 designed the cover art.

CR-When did you begin to make music?
Grillo- I think i was 14 or so, i started using trackers on the amiga. but at first i just wanted to make videogame music, i never thought i could make music music on a computer, like, from start to finish. it took many years to get to the point where in my mind i’m thinking hey, i’m actually making a record now.
