Experts love to tell that nowadays, music recordings is not a business anymore and all the music is essentially free. Statements like these have sparked heated debates.
On one hand, you know, it is like it is, and i don’t think we can ever go back to the pre internet days, but you still have to take into consideration the fact that musicians need to support themselves in some way, like everybody.
Personally I’ve given away quite a bit of my music for free over the years, and i’ve gained quite a bit from it, and if not in money, at least in recognition (and karma). Here’s a list of tracks available to download, right after the jump.
