Go Savant is a collaboration with the buddy UXO, and while it’s still firmly rooted in beats and bass stuff it certainly has a different vibe than my usual stuff.

Sort of a cosmic, more psychedelic feeling with lots of synth sounds, drones and general assorted throwback sci-fi stuff.

The main focus of the show are still the beats, ranging from the uk bass scene, to the more abstract / idm, to some dubstep, hip hop, future soul and all those infamous nonexistant genres like wonky, aquacrunk, chillwave and so on.

As it happened last year, after making a handful of tracks i find myself with a lot of scrapped material: some of that, after a bit of time and polish, turn out surprisingly good. This new collection covers a lot more sonical ground, with some dubstep / uk garage vibes and even a little crazy jaunt into 4/4 territory.

And, of course, a definite Edmond Honda vibe.
